The agreement between you and us for using HookEye.

1. Who we are

HookEye is provided by VLADIMIR JANKOV PR VLAJKO JJJ, a sole proprietor (preduzetnik) registered at Titelska 2, Ečka, Serbia (PIB 112515052, MB 66155099). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy text. You must be at least 18.

2. What HookEye does

You give it an Instagram post, carousel or reel before you publish it. It predicts where viewers will look, shows that as a heatmap with scores, and writes a report with suggestions.

These are predictions of attention, not of performance. The heatmap and the scores come from a model of where an average viewer looks. They do not promise reach, engagement, sales or any other result, and the written report is generated by an AI model and can be wrong. Decide for yourself what to publish.

3. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if someone else has used your account. One account is for one person. We may refuse or close accounts that are created by automated means or used to get around a plan's limits.

4. Plans and payment

Heatmaps and scores are unlimited on every plan. Each plan includes a number of written reports per billing period and an amount of storage; the current plans and prices are on the pricing section of our home page and in the app. Reports you do not use do not carry over. A report that fails is not counted.

Paid plans are sold by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles tax. A subscription renews until you cancel it; you can cancel at any time from the Billing page and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy's terms and any rights the law gives you as a consumer.

5. Your content

What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it to the services named in the privacy text, only as far as needed to provide HookEye to you. You confirm that you have the right to use the content you upload, including the right to show any person who appears in it.

Do not upload content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that sexualises minors. We may remove such content and close the account.

6. Feed tests

A feed test shows your content to anyone who has its link, between other posts, and records how long they stay on it. Starting one uploads the content of that project, including a reel's video. You are responsible for who you send the link to. Respondents' comments are their own; do not use a test to collect personal data from them. You can close or delete a test at any time, and if you believe a test shows content that is yours without permission, write to us at privacy@hookeye.app and we will take it down.

7. Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or copy the service, read other people's data, or resell it without our agreement. Part of the app that runs in your browser is updated regularly and stops working when it is out of date; reload the page to get the current version.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep HookEye running but do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change features, plans and prices; a price change applies from your next billing period and we will tell you beforehand.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; this removes your data as the privacy text describes. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or indirect loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and its courts decide disputes about them. If you are a consumer living elsewhere you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
